Self-Cleaning options for Owners

We know the cleaning fee can feel steep—especially when you’re popping in solo and barely make a dent. So we give owners three flexible options to match your style, your schedule, and your budget.

1. The Full Meal Deal

Arrive to a perfectly cleaned, fully reset unit. No effort required. You’ll see the standard cleaning fee on your owner statement.

2. Clean on Arrival

You walk into the unit exactly as the previous guest left it. You tidy, refresh, and reset the space yourself—and pay nothing.

3. Arrive Clean, Depart Clean

We prep the unit so it’s spotless and ready for you. You clean upon departure. We then pop in for a quick quality check, restock supplies, and set the next guest’s door code. Cost: $30

exceptions

Prior Vacancy

If there was a vacancy before your stay, we may have already cleaned the unit. In that case, you’ll simply clean on departure and be charged Option #3.

Exceptions for Multi‑Unit & Lock‑Off Owners

If you own a multi‑plex or lock‑off property, Option #3 may not always work the same way—even when there’s no vacancy before your stay. This is simply because of how cleaning fees flow from one booking to the next.

When you choose Clean on Arrival, the cleaning fee from the previous guest pays for the cleaning after your stay. Easy enough with a single unit… but with multi‑units, things can get messy.

Here’s the tricky part:

If the previous booking only used one of your units, we only collect a partial cleaning fee. But if you arrive and use both units, that single cleaning fee isn’t enough to cover the full clean after your stay.

What happens then?

You’ll arrive to a clean unit (or units), and you’ll clean upon departure. We’ll come in afterward for the standard $30 service check—quality check, supply restock, and door‑code setup for the next guest.
