Notes to keep in mind before the clean:
Lock box inside vestibule: Top row in A4 spot with 110 written on the side of it. Use the last code or 305 to get in. If the last code has not been entered into the housekeeping app and 305 doesn’t work, call 250.871.8807. Check for two key tags. A set of two to use for front door and suite. A second with the front door key only and to remain in the lockbox at all times - DO NOT TAKE IT TO THE SUITE WITH YOU; PROP OPEN DOOR AND RETURN TO THE LOCKBOX BEFORE ENTERING THE BUILDING IF IT IS THE ONLY KEY AVAILABLE. It would be assumed that the keys are in the suite and the suite is unlocked. Call immediately if that is not the case.
Sofabed is not made at this unit. Make sure there is a set of linens provided by the owner in the bedroom closet in case the guest wishes to use this bed. The guest is required to launder linens for the sofabed prior to departure. If they do not, they must be bagged in special grey bag and job number tagged. They do not go out in regular laundry, but can be laundered at Karla’s suite when she is home.
Keys, Fobs and Parking passes: Lanyard behind the front door with a second set of keys including a key for the locker room (at front entrance) and a combination lock. Combo 23-13-19. If the combo has been left on locker 110, return it to the suite and check locker for lost and found.
The key for locked storage in the kitchen is kept under the mat inside the kitchen drawer closest to the closet. Any Cona linens left for the next clean must be kept in a blue waterproof laundry bag.
Return keys to lockbox in vestibule and reset with the IN CODE found in the housekeeping app. If there is no IN CODE listed, enter 305.
