New this year - we are interfacing with Airbnb which has the vacation rental market cornered up at Mount Washington in recent years and has worldwide reach in its marketing strategies. Any property that wishes to be listed on Airbnb can now, without any risk of double bookings.
Please note that it would be rare that we write new contracts between mid-November and mid-April as our ski season is simply too busy to give a new contract the attention it requires.
If you don't rent or you don't need the entire gamut, "a-la-carte" is the way to go.

HOUSEKEEPING
Some guests want cleaning in your unit that is typically self-clean, or you don't rent but hate spending your last day of holidays cleaning your vacation property.
LINEN SERVICE
Shorten your turn-over time between guests with offsite laundering. We offer linen rentals for our full-time housekeeping clients.
GARBAGE
We know how problematic garbage can be on Fosters Pl at Mt Washington now that curbside pickup ceased and while we can’t guarantee a specific pick-up day, we can routinely remove your garbage or recycle.
MAINTENANCE
On the hill – minor handyman work. Save on all the travel costs and hire us.
SERVICE CHECKS
A little supervision at check-out for those self-clean units. After a prolonged vacancy. Meet a repairman. If you don’t live nearby, we can help.
HOT TUB SERVICE
Balancing and fresh fills between guests or on a routine. Minor diagnostic and repair services. Discounted chemicals.
SHOVELLING
For those snow removal jobs that the big machines can’t get to. Sorry – no roofs. Routinely or when you call.
